FIND YOUR PRECISE FIT
Measure twice, order once
Our Goliath heart and soul is in these clothes. We want yours in them too. That’s why we’ve designed this comprehensive guide. Please don’t skip it. Please don’t guess. We don’t want anything you order to be too tight, too loose, too short, or too long. We want everything you order to be just right.
You deserve to have your clothes fit properly. In accordance with traditional size guides, if you normally wear a Large shirt, then ours will fit like an industry standard Large.
However, we recommend using a tape measure and confirming your measurements. We echo the words of the best ‘builders’: Measure twice cut (order) once.
Let us walk you through finding the best fit for your body.
MEN'S
CHEST & WAIST
CHEST:
Place the tape measure under your arms at the fullest part of your chest, wrap the tape measure around your body until your fingers meet. Mark that measurement. Double check it and write it down. It’s easy to get tangled in double digits.
WAIST:
Find your natural waistline, you might be surprised it’s a little higher than you thought. Get the feel of where your body naturally indents or where it softens below the rib cage and before it widens at the hips. Run the measuring tape around the body at that point and allow a little give—don’t squeeze too tight. Do it again. Write it down.

HIPS
To measure your hips, stand with your feet together. Measure around the fullest part of your hips to ensure to allow room for you to move comfortably. Take your time, making sure the tape doesn’t ride up or droop. Write the measurements clearly so as not to confuse with another body measurement.

YOUR SPORTS BRA SIZE
STEP ONE: Rib cage measurement. Measure around your rib cage, just under your breasts. The tape measure should be snug but not so tight it interferes with normal breathing. Take your time. Measure and write down the number, rounded down to the nearest inch. Then do it again. This is your BAND SIZE. You will need it to calculate your cup size.
STEP TWO: Bust size. Measure around the fullest part of your breast. Ensure the tape doesn’t droop on your back. Keep the tape reasonably taught. Mark the measurement and round up to the nearest inch. Write it down. Do it again. This is your BUST SIZE. You will need it to calculate your cup size.
STEP THREE: Cup Size. Subtract your BAND SIZE from your BUST SIZE. The difference in inches is your suggested cup size which can be determined on the chart below. If you’re between sizes, round up.

HOW TO MEASURE FOR A HAT
Measure around your head where your hat will rest. Watch that the tape doesn’t slide up or down. Mark the measurement and write it down. Do it again. Some people find it more accurate—no slippage of a tape—to use a string (not stretchy) and wrap it around where the hat will sit and then mark it CAREFULLY. Make sure you know the position where the end of the string landed, then measure against a ruler. Double check so that you know when your hat arrives it will be a perfect fit.
