WANTING TO RETURN AN ITEM? NO PROBLEM.

Returns are free and can be easily handled by mail. However, final sale items like underwear and custom orders are yours for keeps.

How do I make a return?

To make a return, follow these easy steps:

  1. Go online to the RETURNS PAGE to create your return and print your shipping label.
  2. Place your item(s) in the reusable shipping bag or box in which your order arrived.
  3. Tape the shipping label to the outside of the package and make sure that the barcode portion of the label is visible.
  4. Canadian residents: drop by a Canada Post Ground location. In the US? Locate a FedEx Ground location or a USPS and drop off the package.
  5. We’ll issue a refund within seven business days of receiving your package—we’ll keep you informed by email.

Can I return my purchase in person?

As of now, only posted returns can be processed.

What are the conditions for returns?

Items must be unwashed and unworn, the hangtag attached. Proof of payment must accompany the return.

Returns are valid when the return authorization is made within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Can swimwear be returned?

Yes. As long as it is returned with hygienic liner intact.

Which items are final sale?

Underwear, water bottles, custom orders and any other item marked as final sale.
