What is your return policy?

We want you to be satisfied. Our full return policy can be viewed here.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We wish we could intervene at that stage. When you receive an order number, and your payment is processed, it’s in the system. However, when your order arrives, visit the returns section and take the steps to send the order back to us.

What are the discount/coupon terms?

We invest in local economies and have a fair-trade policy. Currently we do not have promo-codes for discounts or coupons except relating to our policy for the military and first responders. In the future we may bundle some of our popular items to create savings for you. Stay tuned.

Do you offer gift cards?

Want to gift a friend? Purchase online and have us deliver to them instead of you. At this time we do not offer gift cards.

I know I saw it on the site a few days ago. Where is it now?

Popularity means our stock is always fluctuating—from time to time we may experience lower inventories. We do not manufacture in large ‘workhouses’. If you can’t find an item that you’ve previously seen, check back with us or, one better, sign up to receive our newsletter so that you are one of the first to know about new products.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Online orders are the way to go. They create records and initiate an error-free chain of events that a phone conversation cannot.

What payment methods do you accept?

We graciously accept payment using Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal.

Which shipping methods do you offer?

We are eager to get your order to you right away. We offer standard shipping, express shipping, and a delivery to certain pickup locations. See shipping for more information.

I placed an order more than one hour ago but have not received any confirmation?

Oh, no. You need to know it’s on the way. Quick! check your spam inbox—those protocols are often the culprit. Other times we’ve found there might be a spelling error in your email address. Shoot us a message via customer service to confirm your order was successfully placed and is being processed.

Are my details retained for future orders?

You choose. Create a personal account to make it quick and easy for future orders. If you’d rather not, our customer service team will go over your past orders with you at your convenience.

Does Goliath Apparel offer a discount to military or first responders?

To demonstrate our heartfelt gratitude for protecting and serving our communities we offer a 10% discount to military and first responders. Once you’re ready to place your order, please contact customer service for verification of identification. A code will be issued for you to apply when you checkout. The discount is applicable only to regular priced items and cannot be used in combination with other discounts. And while we’re here: thank you for your service.

Do you have any sort of warranty?

How should I care for my products?

Great question. Your garments will have a much longer life when they are well cared for.  Our recommendations and instructions are here.

What size should I order?

Our products fit true-to-size with an emphasis on a slightly slimmer cut. Our standard size guide can be found on each individual product page, and a more detailed guide can be found here. For measurements not found on the size guide, contact us directly—we want you properly fit. You deserve to enjoy your order as you envisioned it.

Who can I contact if I have a product-specific question?

Customer Service is set up to serve your every question. For best dialogue, have the style number—located next to the product image—so that we can ensure we share as much as information as possible on the specific product.

Can I order personalized items?

We’re so excited. Yes! Soon! The ability to order personalized products is currently in development.

Shipping

When will I receive my order?

Upon the shipment of your order, you’ll receive an automated status message. Delivery times from our Canadian headquarters in Kelowna, BC, to Canadian addresses are typically 3-5 business days.

How can I track my order?

Track your order through Goliath’s website. Can’t find your tracking number? Our customer service team will gladly find the status.

It seems that my package got lost. What can I do?

If you cannot locate your package when there has been a confirmation of delivery, please contact our customer service team. They will immediately begin processing an investigation. If after eight business days, we are unable to resolve, you have the option of (1) being sent a replacement package or (2) receiving a full refund.

What do I have to do if I have received only part of my order?

The most common reason for a partial order is that there is an additional package or packages on the way. We welcome you to contact us for clarification.

What do I have to do if an item that I received looks different to the image on the website?

We’re so sorry for this inconvenience. Please notify our customer service team. And, if you would please send us a picture of the item so we can check that you were not sent the wrong one.

Shipping to the Canadian Territories

Goliath Apparel is pleased to ship to all Canadian Territories. Please keep in mind that delivery may take longer. Upon order placement you will receive estimated delivery dates.

Defective Items

What do I have to do if my item is faulty?

We are mindful of all aspects of our business and are serious about quality. We also know that as with all things in life, mistakes can happen. In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, please contact customer support. A member of the team will engage with you directly.

Can I place a bulk order, or arrange for a team purchase?

How do I apply for a sponsorship or collaboration?

Our team is happy to review sponsorship or collaboration inquiries. Please send a clear communication to our customer service team.

Taxes

What taxes do I need to Pay?

Calculation of applicable taxes are programmed based on your home address. If you pay PST or HST it will be added to your order in the same fashion as the GST.
